I'm not typically a fan of potato salad -- I don't like mayonnaise -- but this recipe uses goat cheese instead! Made it last night to go with our first burgers of the season, it's from last month's

here). I didn't have fromage blanc so I used an extra ounce of goat cheese and a little bit extra sour cream to make up the volume difference. SO yummy!

I can't get Dave to eat goat cheese, he really hates it. But I love it on melba toast!
