These sandwiches are pretty much the reason we grow our own tomatoes. The recipe was featured in Cooking Light a few years ago and we've loved them ever since. Turkey-Bacon Lettuce Tomato and Avocado sandwiches (they also have thinly sliced purple onion). Matches made in heaven.

nope! no condiments -- just mash up 1/4 avocado for each sandwich -- you'll never miss any mayo!!
