Less than two months to go!

Well here I am at 32 weeks. I am still feeling good, though people at work are starting to say things like, "you've really popped!" and "you look bigger every day!" The ladies saying these things all have children and I want to ask them if it made them feel good to have people comment on your size every day of the week!!! I really doubt it did. I think the real reason I'm a Grumpy Gus is because I am nearing the 20-pound mark with my weight gain and I have yet to wrap my mind around it mentally. And I'm feeling pressure to have the nursery finished - which it SO isn't!! We have no glider, no side table, no lamp, and I'm still waiting on the prints I ordered from etsy several weeks ago to arrive. I am also still looking for the perfect thing to go on the main wall behind the crib.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow - hopefully hearing the heartbeat again will ease some of my worries and get me back in the correct mindset. Also, if anyone wants to help me do my comps presentation - please call!!

You look great Laura! I'm sure you'll be in a better mood Saturday; just wrapped my gifts and can't wait! And looking forward to meeting your grandmother, and seeing your new kitchen, and new nursery. Oh,it will be fun! Just take advantage of this nesting time and enjoy being pregnant.

Yay 32wks! And even with 20lbs of baby and baby accessories you're probably still smaller than most..

Wee-est Crawford will not care if there's a glider, lamp, or side table... or what's hanging on the wall... And you'll be lacking sleep and be too excited, etc. that you won't notice either...
...and by the time you catch up on enough sleep to realize you wanted to hang something on the wall, She'll be old enough to tell you what she wants to hang there...

I agree with Pete: baby will not be fussed about whether the room is finished. For us, Ruby is staying in our room until 6 months anyway and I assure you, she has taken no interest in the wall decal I put up in her room nearly a year ago! And try, however difficult it may be, to not worry about the weight. You're very fit and the weight will drop after the baby's born. Breastfeeding is a great diet btw!

I found that reverse psychology worked a treat when people told me I was getting big. Everytime I entered a room I'd say "Watch out: here comes the massive pregnant lady". Then people would say "Oh no, you look great!". Ha!!!

Oh sweet Laura, you will soon learn not to listen to the "advice " and comments from other mothers. Just know, you look fantastic and the mere fact that you have only gained 20 pounds makes me want to throw up!!! See you Sat.

Laura you look wonderful and beautiful.
So funny you are looking at Etsy for things for the nursery.
The little outfit we gave you is from Lovely Nest Designs. Jamie, the crafty one, is married to Matt's cousin Chris.
All will come together. John and I put the crib up when I went into labor.
